1. Booking & Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once:

  • We receive your deposit
  • You receive a confirmation email from Swell Surf Morocco

Until the deposit is paid, your spot is not guaranteed.

2. Deposit & Payments

  • The deposit amount will be sent to you by email after your booking request.
  • You can pay the deposit by PayPal, bank transfer, or cash (if agreed in advance).
  • The deposit is non-refundable for all Surf Camp, Yoga Camp, and Kitesurf Camp packages.

The remaining balance must be paid before arrival or on arrival, as agreed.

If the deposit is not paid within the time mentioned in the email, the booking may be cancelled.

3. Package Commitment Policy

When you book a package (for example 5 nights or 7 nights), you are reserving that full period.

  • Packages cannot be shortened after booking.
  • If you decide to arrive late, leave early, or stay fewer nights than booked, the full package amount still applies.
  • It is not possible to book a one-week package and stay only 2 nights while paying less.

By confirming your booking, you agree to pay the full amount of the reserved package.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • No refunds for no-shows, early departure, or unused activities.
  • Date changes may be possible depending on availability.

If we need to cancel or change an activity due to weather or unexpected situations, we will offer:

  • A new schedule
  • An alternative activity
  • Or a fair solution when possible

5. Kitesurf Camp – No Wind Policy

Kitesurfing depends on wind, and wind conditions are not guaranteed.

If there is no wind during your Kitesurf Camp:

  • Kitesurf sessions will be replaced with surf lessons and/or yoga sessions.
  • No refunds will be given due to lack of wind.
  • The camp will continue with the alternative activities.

By booking, you accept that weather conditions may change the activity schedule.

6. Health & Safety

Surfing, kitesurfing, and ocean activities involve natural risks.

By joining our activities, you:

  • Confirm that you can swim
  • Agree to follow instructor safety instructions
  • Accept the risks involved in water sports

Please inform us in advance about any medical condition or injury.

7. Insurance

All guests must have valid travel insurance that covers:

  • Surfing and water sports
  • Accidents and injuries
  • Medical expenses

Swell Surf Morocco is not responsible for costs without insurance.

8. Equipment

All equipment belongs to Swell Surf Morocco.

Guests are responsible for using equipment carefully.
Damage caused by misuse may result in repair charges.

9. Guest Behavior

We expect all guests to:

  • Respect instructors and other guests
  • Respect local culture
  • Follow safety rules

Unsafe or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from activities without refund.

10. Transfers

Pick-up and drop-off times may depend on surf conditions and will be confirmed in advance (usually one day before).

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic or weather.

11. Photos & Media

We may take photos or videos during activities for social media and marketing.

If you do not wish to appear in photos, please inform us before the activity.

12. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

Swell Surf Morocco is not responsible for loss or damage.

13. Acceptance

By booking with Swell Surf Morocco, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
